If your painting doesn't match with your expectations,
full refund(※) will be issued as soon as the painting is successfully returned to me.
The return address will be informed by email.
Please use the original cardboard provided to return the painting.
(※) The following terms & conditions apply for refunds.
【T E R M S & C O N D I T I O N S】
You have 30 days inform me of your dissatisfaction after receiving your painting.
If the painting is undamaged and in good condition,
only the purchase price of the painting will be refunded.
The shipping cost (initial and return) will be at your expense.
So please make sure you are satisfied with the images provided before making payment.
If the painting(※) has been damaged during transportation,
I will refund all transaction amounts, including initial and return shipping.
(※) There is no refund for damaged frames.
This does not affect your legal rights.

so that you don’t need wait to hang your painting.
The frame also serves the following purposes:
a) enable expedited shipping
b) Providing a barrier to protect the canvas during shipping
